All programs are led by Mary Ann, a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy, certified Pilates instructor and former professional dancer. Her unique combination of clinical expertise and movement experience ensures personalized care and safe, effective results.

Who can benefit from Pilates?

Do you accept insurance for rehabilitation therapy?

Modern Wellness and Pilates is a cash-based Physical Therapy service that does not accept insurance. We can provide superbills for those out-of-network benefits from their insurance carrier.
